I took ownership of full account management and team leadership, personally managing 10 founders' accounts within a 25+ client portfolio. I translated client goals into content strategy, positioning and outreach.

I owned client communication, clarified requirements, led story and strategy calls, coordinated projects, and managed day-to-day accounts. I moved each client through onboarding, interviews, approval workflows, operations and exit.
As the content team grew, I managed two team members and worked on process structures, training and quality checks across the portfolio. I monitored content and account performance, used those insights to guide strategy, and kept client work aligned with their goals.
